Qualification & Experience
- Senior Executive (Tech.) - Lead Verifier (Compliance): As per BEE regulations, with 13 years post-qualification experience, BEE Accredited Energy Auditor, and ISO 14064 Lead Verifier certification.
- Senior Executive (Tech.) - Lead Verifier (Offset): Engineering Graduate or B.Sc., 13 years experience including 5 years in CDM/VCM validation/verification, ISO 14064 Lead Verifier certification.
- Deputy Executive (Tech.) - Distribution Expert: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics with 60% marks, 6 years experience in power distribution.
- Deputy Executive (Tech.) - Renewable Energy: Same qualification, 6 years experience in renewable energy projects.
- Deputy Executive (Tech.) - Utility Coordinator: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/ECE/CSE/IT with 60% marks, 6 years experience in power sector development/coordination.
- Deputy Executive (Tech.) - Electrical (Transmission): B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics with 60% marks, 6 years experience in transmission projects (132 kV+).

Salary Details
- Senior Executive (Compliance): Rs. 1,55,250 per month (consolidated)
- Senior Executive (Offset): Rs. 1,35,000 per month (negotiable)
- Deputy Executive: Rs. 85,000 per month (negotiable)
- Assistant Executive: Rs. 62,000 per month (negotiable)

Selection Process
Shortlisting will be based on marks obtained in qualifying exam, higher qualifications, and post-qualification experience.
