Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a regular full-time B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized Institute/University. A Post-Graduate Diploma in Management/MBA/M.E./M.Tech. is desirable.
Experience: A minimum of 20 years of post-qualification experience in the renewable energy sector is required. The experience should cover planning, development, implementation, operation, or consultancy of renewable energy projects including Solar, Wind, Hybrid RE, BESS, Pumped Storage, Green Hydrogen, or other clean energy projects. Desirable experience includes preparation of feasibility studies, DPRs, techno-commercial evaluation, financial analysis, bid process management, contract management, project execution, regulatory compliance, power evacuation, grid integration, stakeholder coordination, and liaison with government agencies, utilities, DISCOMs, developers, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
Eligibility: Individuals retired/separated at the level of E8 from CPSE, Level 13 & 14 as per 7th CPC in Govt. of India, or others with a minimum CTC of Rs. 42.5 lakhs per annum are eligible.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit is 68 years as on the last date of application (17.11.2026). Age relaxation is not applicable as per the notification.
