- Implementing guidelines of the Supreme Court Committee on Road Safety and obtaining compliance from stakeholder departments.
- Preparing and issuing legal notices to government departments, local bodies, and agencies for negligence in road safety work.
- Drafting agreements, MoUs, guidelines, and other legal documents.
- Examining legal aspects of the Authority's administrative and road safety decisions.
- Providing opinions on legal aspects of RTI applications and handling appeal-related work.
- Interpreting laws and rules related to the Authority's work and preparing proposals for amendments.
- Other legal work assigned by the Commissioner.
