Selection Process
- Selection will be based purely on the Merit List prepared on the basis of percentage of marks secured in the prescribed essential qualification (Degree/Diploma/ITI/12th).
- There is no written test conducted for this selection process.
- In case of candidates scoring equal percentage, candidates higher in age will be placed above in merit.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification and pre-engagement medical fitness test.
- Engagement is strictly as an Apprentice for 12 months under the Apprentices Act, 1961. Upon completion, apprentices have no right or claim for permanent absorption or regular employment in IOCL.
